We don't publish real client names yet. We'd rather show you concrete scenarios of what each plan would solve than invent stories.
Application scenarios, not promises
We don't have published cases with a client name yet: we are implementing our first
agents and will document them here as clients authorize us to share them. In the
meantime, here's how we'd apply each plan to a real problem.
Support that resolves
A clinic or practice losing appointments to no-shows
The agent connects directly to the scheduling system: it confirms, reschedules and
cancels appointments there, not just answers questions. If it's health data, it would
run on the client's own infrastructure so patient data never leaves the practice.
Processes that run themselves
A business with overdue accounts still collected by hand
The agent identifies overdue accounts in the CRM, contacts each customer, sends the
payment link and follows up until it's closed or escalated to a person. Nobody has
to check the spreadsheet every day.
Internal knowledge made accessible
A team wasting time searching manuals and internal policies
Instead of manually searching through PDFs and shared folders, the team asks in
natural language and gets an answer with the exact citation from the document it
came from, so it can be verified.
Become one of our first customers
Our first customers get direct attention from the founding team and preferential
terms in exchange for letting us document their case. If you have a process that's
still done by hand and should run itself, let's talk.
