Response Time
We commit to responding to your data deletion request within the following timelines:
- Receipt Confirmation: Within 24 business hours
- Full Response: Within 30 business days
- Extension: In complex cases, we may extend the deadline up to 60 business days, notifying you of the reason
If your request is complex or we have a high volume of requests, we will notify you of any
delay and the reason for it.
